PhoneFix2You is a mobile phone repair service that comes to customers in Kennewick, Pasco and Richland, WA. This page explains what information this website and our booking form collect, why, and who else may see it. If anything here is unclear, call or text us at +1 509-706-9013.
What we collect
When you use the booking form, you enter:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the service address where you want us to meet you;
- your phone brand and model, the repair you want, and the date and time you would like.
If you call or text us, we also see your phone number and whatever you tell us in the call or message.
How the booking form works
The booking form on this site does not send your details to a website server or database. When you finish the form, it prepares a text message on your own phone with your request in it. Nothing is sent until you press send in your messaging app, and the message goes to us (+1 509-706-9013) through your mobile carrier. Your carrier and your phone handle that message under their own policies.
How we use your information
- to contact you by call, text or email to confirm your appointment and the final price;
- to travel to your service address and complete the repair;
- to answer warranty and follow-up questions about your repair.
We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics and third-party services
This website uses these third-party services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit:
- Google Analytics (Google tag), to count visits and clicks on our call, text and booking buttons. It may use cookies or similar identifiers.
- Google Fonts, to load the fonts used on the site.
- Google Maps, which appears in the service area section as an embedded map.
- Instagram, only if you follow the link to our profile; that is a separate website with its own policy.
The booking form details described above are not sent to these services by this website.
How long we keep information
We have not set a fixed retention period yet. We keep repair requests and related messages only as long as we need them to complete your repair and handle warranty questions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Call or text +1 509-706-9013 and we will respond. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may then work differently.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through the booking form.
